Classic Hummus


2 cups Garbanzo beans

2 Tbsp raw organic tahini

Juice of 1 lemon

1 garlic clove

1 tsp sea salt

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

8 basil leaves

2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 c filtered water

Dash of paprika


In a food processor or Vitamin, add the beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and sea salt. Blend until smooth.

Add the nutritional yeast and basil. Blend again on high.

With the motor running, remove small plastic cap and add olive oil.  Add filtered water until you achieve desired consistency.  

Serve and sprinkle with paprika.
