Creamy Cashew Tumeric Dressing


12 oz


1/2 cup soaked cashews

1 whole carrot, chopped

3/4 cup water

1 lemon, juiced

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1 clove garlic

1" fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground)

1 tsp pink sea salt

Fresh cracked pepper


Add all ingredients to blender, start on medium and move up to high until creamy. Add more cashews if you would like a thicker dressing (more water for thinner dressing).  


This dressing will perk up not just a salad, but is wonderful for adding flavor to a macro bowl or even a side dish.
