1/2 ripe avocado
2 medium-ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 large handfuls spinach
1 small handful kale, large stems removed
1 1/2 to 2 cups unsweetened hemp milk or coconut water
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Place all ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide smoothie between two bowls and decorate with desired toppings.
Similar to a lot of my recipes, this is an easy concept to "change up". Mix up your berries. Mix up your greens. Mix up your toppings. Add protein powder for extra protein, or a bit of grain if it works for you.
