Prep your flavor


This is an amazing way to set yourself up for the week. Check out the recipes under "Strategy: Add Flavor" and see what appeals to you.  You can make various kinds of hummus, pesto, cashew cheese, sauces, etc. to have on hand to quickly flavor and spice up your meals in a pinch.  You can make big batches and divide them and freeze some for easier prep in coming weeks.  The sky is the limit here!
