Seafoam Green Herb dressing (max flavor!)


1 bunch cilantro

1 bunch parsley

2-3 T miso (I use chickpea)

1 clove garlic

1/3 c olive oil

1/2 lemon

splash Ume plum vinegar


Put the ingredients in a food processor; add water a little at a time until desired consistency.  Personally,  I like it kind of thick and you can use it as a dip, sandwich spread, topping for grains, etc. etc.  It will save any bland or boring meal!!
