Seasonal Green Smoothie


Yields

4 16oz servings

Ingredients

2 cups water

1 apple, cut into pieces

1 pear, cut into pieces

1 lemon, rind removed

1 banana

2 cups spinach

2 cups romaine

2 cups kale

2 stalks celery

½ cup cilantro or parsley

Directions

1. Add water, greens, and lemon to blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until all greens are completely broken down.

2. Add fruit and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

*You can use whatever seasonal fruits and greens you have on hand.
