Spicy (Curried) Cashew Dressing


1/2 cup soaked cashews (overnight or at least 6 hours)

1/2 cup chopped carrot

1/4 cup tamarin or coconut aminos

1 cup filtered water

1" piece of ginger

juice from 1 lime

1 TBS rice wine vinegar

1 TBS curry powder

1/8 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar


Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. Add more water if too thick, add more cashews too thin (based on your personal preference).
