Sunflower Ginger Dressing


12 oz


1/2 cup soaked sunflower seeds  (*best when soaked at least 6 hrs )

1 small carrot chopped 

1/4 cup Tamari or Coconut Aminos & 1 tsp sea salt 

1/8 cup coconut sugar 

1/2 cup water 

1 inch piece ginger 

Juice from 1 lime or 1 TBS rice vinegar 


Blend al ingredients on high until smooth & creamy
