Superfood Energy Bites


Ingredients

1 cup walnuts *preferably soaked overnight then dehydrated for easier digestion

1 cup soaked dates *soak for at least 1 hour

½ cup shredded coconut

½ cup almond butter

¼ cup cacao powder

1 tbs maca powder

1 tbs coconut oil

¼ tsp salt

Directions

Blend walnuts, shredded coconut, cacao, maca, & salt in food processor with S blade until it becomes a ground down powder. Add dates, almond butter, & coconut oil to food processor & blend until a soft dough forms. Chill mixture in refridgerator for 2-4 hrs. Once Cold, place a little coconut oil on your hands and roll tbs size balls in hemp seeds.
